Cancellation Policy

This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you attend the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. Hair must be clean and blow-dried before your appointment.



 Service/ Late/Cancellation/No-Show Policies

Please please be aware our current location is a temporary residential location. It is a very clean, comfortable, and 100% safe environment. Kindly do not book if you are not pleased with our temporary location.

  • Hair must be washed, Detangled, and blown by before your appointment.
  • We do not offer any wash services.
  • Make sure your hair has no oil or leave-in conditioners before your appointment.
  • Hair is not included in the service.
  • You are welcome to send me a picture of your natural hair before your appointment.
  • You can not change your style or the length on the same appointment day.
  • Please make sure you book a date when you’re entirely free.
  • Any rescheduling has to be seven days ( A week) before your appointment. For anything less than seven days ( A week), 100 % of your deposit will be kept, and a new deposit will need to be reissued for a new date.
  • We cannot guarantee how long your braids will last, depending on how well you take care of them and the texture of your hair. You are allowed 24 hours for a free touch-up to your hair. After 24 hours, EVERYTHING has to be paid.


  • You are required to pay 50 % of your deposit before your appointment.
  • Your remaining payment must be with CASH, ZELLE, or CASHAPP.


  • I acknowledge I will be charged a $15 late fee even with notification if I am 5 mins late for my appointment.

  • I will be charged a $30 late fee if I am 15 mins late, even with notifications.

  • I will be charged a $60 late fee if I am 30 mins late, even with notifications.

  • If I am 1 hour late for my appointment, I will have to pay a $100 late payment, reschedule my appointment, or communicate with my stylist about my options.

  • I confirm that I will be the only one attending my appointment. No extra guest Unless I am under the age of 18.

  • If you no-call no-show, 100 % of your deposit will be kept, and you will no longer be able to book any future appts with me.

  • Please be aware if you are not ready or seated at the specified times above, you will be considered LATE. There are no exceptions to this.
